The Pro Shop

Farnham Golf Club Pro Shop offers a comprehensive range of services, goods and advice along with friendly and informative staff.  You will find the leading brands in clubs and clothing along with everything the golfer needs to enjoy their day at the course. Rob Colborne is the Head Professional here at Farnham Golf Club. He has been based here since May 2001 when he joined as Assistant Professional to Grahame Cowlishaw. He began his golfing career in his early teens as an amateur at Southwood and later at Hindhead Golf Club. On leaving education he began work as a trainee at Downshire Golf Course before moving to complete his PGA Training with Bob Hammond at Southwood in Farnborough. Under the guidance of Bob he soon realised that his passion for golf lay not only in playing but also in coaching and club customisation. This was reinforced with his move to Farnham where he began to assist Grahame in running his busy teaching academy, pro-shop and repair workshop. On Grahame s appointment as Secretary/Manager at the start of 2007 he was fortunate enough to take over the Head Professionals position. He can now focus on continuing to providing our members with a comprehensive professional service and encourage any visitor to visit him and his staff in the pro-shop for friendly advice and information.

As well as a superb line of club crested clothing for members and visitors, we stock a comprehensive range of jumpers, trousers, shirts, waterproofs and wind proofs from brands such as Glenbrae, Callaway, Sunderland and Footjoy. You will always find a discounted sale rail with some amazing bargins ready to be snapped up.

At Farnham we specialise in custom fitting and are an authorised dealer for Ping clubs and their custom service. We utilise our Professional skills and fantastic practise facilities to get the correct specification for your clubs.

Repairs

Repairs Workshop

We have a repairs workshop, at Farham Pro shop and are fully equipped to carry out all types of repairs and club ajustments. All work is carried out by the Professional staff that are experts in re-shafting, re-gripping, loft and lie of irons and wedges. We also have a shoe re-spiking service and carry out minor repairs on electric trolleys. There are also electric and pull trolleys for hire at low rates.
